Meditation

Some actually think that we can only meditate in a quiet room, in a lotus position, no disturbances, eyes closed, OH YES, AND THINK OF NOTHING. Haha. Well, that could not be farther from the truth. The truth is that we move in and out of a meditative/selfhypnotic state many a day, every day. If you don’t realize this, there is no way you can take advantage of this fact and learn to develop it and gain the benefits from.

In reality, even taking advantage of the few seconds we are in a meditative state while, pouring coffee, walking to work, or, yes, sitting on the bathroom. We can learn to focus our attention on our goals and benefit from the time.

To learn to use and develop this go to the FREE PAGE here, and download my free meditation called-THE BUSY PERSON’S GUIDE TO MEDITATION. It is about 30 minutes in length from start to finish, I describe in detail what meditation is, how it works, and how you can benefit from practising it. Even if it is only a few seconds at a time.
