This is showing the hot coals as they were being spread out for the firewalk that was about to happen.
Me walking on the 1800 degree hot coals The pit was approx. 8 feet long It was an incredible experience.
This event had approx 100 people attending. It was a 2 hour workshop and then all but 2 people walked on the hot coals. My feet were buried up to my ankles and my pants were rolled up so they wouldn’t start on fire. NO ONE GOT BURNED!
It was one of the most incredible experiences that I can remember. I remember thinking, “If I can walk on fire, then I can do ANYTHING! It really helped to tear down the limiting beliefs that hold us back.
There really are no limits to what we achieve if we just put our minds to it.

This is me meditating on my deck in -26C You can see the temperature on the thermometer I was there for 35 minutes and didn’t feel cold. Then when I came in Sharon said my hands were warm.
There is no limits to what we can accomplish if we only believe. I love to teach others how to accomplish the impossible.
I am giving a demonstration on pain control for a newspaper article in Red Deer in about 1979
In a demonstration for an article in the Red Deer Advocate I am shoving a large pin through my hand. There was no pain and no bleeding.
It is an example of the power of the mind and how there are no limitations to what we can do. Whatever the mind can conceive and believe IT CAN ACHIEVE!
